Having trouble with DOC? Jump straight to the section you need:

Disney Onboarding Central (DOC) is a secure system that allows us to safely collect, review, and protect your personal information throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Please refer to this guide for registration and setup directions along with troubleshooting tips and tricks. Please make sure to log into DOC at least once every 30 days to verify you do not have any new or outstanding tasks and to ensure you are still able to access the system.

Registering for DOC

  1. You will receive an email to register for an account. The email will come from Disney Onboarding Central Accounts and the subject will be Disney DOC Account Registration.
  2. Click the link in that email and follow the instructions to create your account. You will use your email address and the password you create to log in to DOC moving forward.
  3. DOC requires the use of multi-factor authentication. This will be the last step to complete your account registration (see the next section for setup directions).
NOTE – The only way to register for an account with Disney Onboarding Central is through the link in the email from Disney Onboarding Central Accounts. You will only use the registration link one time. After you have successfully registered, you will go to the DOC Login Page at doc.disneycareers.com each time you need to log in.
💡 Helpful Tip

Bookmark the DOC Login Page for easy access. Once you are logged in, you can click the “Click here to bookmark this site” link found under the Login button.

Multi-Factor Authentication – Mobile Authenticator Setup

In order to keep DOC safe and secure, you are required to use multi-factor authentication each time you log in to DOC.

Setup

  1. If you don’t already have one of these authenticator apps on your phone, please download ONE of the following:
    • Okta Verify Authenticator (Preferred)
    • Google Authenticator
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • Apple Authenticator
  2. Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code shown on the Mobile Authenticator Setup screen. If you are registering on your phone, do not use another device to scan the QR code – click the link below it that says “Unable to scan? Using your mobile device?”

  3. Enter the one-time code provided by the app and click Submit to finish the setup. After authenticating, you will receive the message below. Select “Back to Login.”

  4. You will then log in with the password you just created and be prompted to use the authenticator app and enter a one-time code.

  5. Once you have entered your code, you’ll be directed back to your homepage.

NOTE – Keep this authenticator app on your device! You’ll need to use it every time you log in to DOC.

Reminders for Successful Multi-Factor Authentication Setup and Use

  • The authenticator app will be used every time you sign in. Make sure your authenticator app is on your device and you don’t delete it.
  • Please ensure the authenticator timer setting is set to automatic instead of manual.
  • Please disable pop-up blockers on your web browser.
  • You will need to open the authentication app each time you log in for the 6-digit code to be used. You will NOT receive any email or notification with the 6-digit code.
💡 Helpful Tips
  • Only have ONE authenticator app on your device. If you are requesting a one-time code and not receiving it, it could be because it’s being sent to a different authenticator app.
  • The device that has the authenticator app on it will be the device that receives your code every time you log in.
  • If you have too many failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Please try again after 60 minutes.

Uploading Documents into DOC

Throughout the onboarding process, you will need to upload several documents. These documents will be reviewed by our team and marked as “Completed” or “Rejected.”

  1. After you log in to DOC, you will find “My Tasks” on your homepage with a list of “To-Do” items. This is where you will find the list of documents that you will need to submit.

  2. Upload the corresponding document by clicking on the “Get Started” button. Some documents will require you to select fields from a drop-down menu. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

  3. Repeat the steps for each item that is incomplete.
NOTE – As you move through the onboarding process, you will see new documents added. Please continuously check the “To-Do” section of your tasks to keep the process moving smoothly.

Accepted File Types

Accepted file types to upload include:

  • .bmp
  • .doc / .docx (Microsoft Word Document)
  • .jpg / .jpeg
  • .png
  • .tif / .tiff

File upload size should not exceed 18MB.

Document Statuses and What They Mean

Incomplete Click Get Started for that item.
Submitted for Disney Review No action required. The document has been uploaded and is in the review and approval process with DCL.
Complete No action is required.
Rejected Submit a new valid document.
💡 Helpful Tip

Take clear, well-lit photos or scans of your documents so all text is readable. Blurry or cropped documents are the most common reason for a “Rejected” status.

Forgot Password in DOC

  1. Go to the DOC homepage at doc.disneycareers.com.
  2. Select “Forgot Password?”

  3. Enter the email you originally used to register for DOC and select “Submit.”

  4. You will receive a pop-up asking you to check your email for the reset link.

  5. Reset and confirm your password following the specific guidelines given.

  6. Use your Authenticator app to enter a one-time code.

  7. Once your code is entered, you will be redirected back to your home screen.

💡 Helpful Tip

If you are unsure of your password, please complete the steps above to reset it. After resetting the password, you should be able to access your account. If your account is locked from too many failed attempts, wait 60 minutes and try again.
