What is DOC?

DOC is a secured system that enables us to collect, validate and protect your personal information during the recruitment process. 

How to Register

Step 1. Open DOC: doc.disneycareers.com 

Step 2. If you are:

Note: Bookmark the site by clicking the "Click here to bookmark this site" link, which you can find under the Login button. You must log in before you bookmark the site.

Step 3. Enter your email address and click Register. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when submitting your online application.

Step 4. Once you have registered, you will receive an email from WDPR.DOC.No.Reply@disney.com containing instructions to complete the account activation process. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Step 5. When you receive the email that says "Disney DOC Account Registration", click on the "Complete Account Registration" link which will allow you to create a password.

Step 6. Once your password is created, be sure to save it for future use, and remember to use your entire email address to log into DOC with your new password.

We apologize that you are experiencing some technical difficulty accessing DOC. 

Please make sure to log into DOC at least once every 30 days to verify you do not have any additional incomplete documents added to your required documents, and ensure you are still able to access the system.

Please take the following actions to try to access the system: 

New to DOC (First-time DOC user)

Step 1. Open DOC: doc.disneycareers.com 

Step 2. Click Register from the menu on the left side of the page.

Returning DOC User (have applied previously to work at DCL)

 Step 1. Open DOC: doc.disneycareers.com 

Step 2. Enter your email and password and click Login. (Be sure to use the same email address that you used when submitting your online application)

Follow the steps below if you are unable to log in:

Step 1. Enter your email address and click “Register”. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when submitting your online application.

I forgot my username

Your username is the email address that you used when filling out your application.

I forgot my password

Please click “Forgot Password” on the left sidebar of the main DOC screen.  After entering your email address, you will receive an email titled “Disney DOC Password Reset”.  If you do not see it within 5 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, or your promotions folder.  If you click the “Forgot Password” option more than once, be sure to use the most current reset email.  You can only reset your password using the most current email received.
