Please go to the pick-up location in either Terminal A (by the luggage carousels and the jetBlue Baggage Service Office) or Terminal B (by Carousel 1), where you will meet your driver holding a sign reading “Disney Cruise Line Crew” or the name of the ship. 

If you have have any difficulty with locating your driver, please contact the transportation company, F&V Transport, using the number below. Courtesy phones are available in the terminal, if needed.
