Your in-person Orientation Training known as “Disney Traditions,” is scheduled 1 day prior to your embarkation, unless otherwise instructed.

You must be within Disney Look guidelines in order to attend the class.

• Please dress accordingly with weather-appropriate clothing.
• No shorts, tank tops, torn jeans, sandals, hats, or t-shirts with words.
• For safety and comfort reasons, closed-toe shoes for walking, sunscreen, and water bottle are recommended.

For crew embarking in Honolulu, Traditions is held at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa.

You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m. Please allow yourself enough time to have breakfast before class. Lunch will be provided at Traditions.​

Please bring your photo ID or passport. 

The bus will depart promptly at 8:00 AM .
