Please ask the front desk for a "Hotel Welcome Letter" if you don't receive one at check-in. This letter contains important information about your stay and includes a health screening form, which you'll need to fill out for embarkation day.

Dining Information DCL Crew Members are entitled to breakfast, lunch, and dinner each full day of their stay. Your meal allotment is based on anticipated time of check-in to the hotel. The exact allowance will be provided by the front desk. Please keep in mind alcohol is not included in your meal allowance. If you purchase alcohol or go over your allowance you need to pay for this at check-out. When paying for meals, please add a tip in accordance with local customs if a gratuity is not already included.
Alcoholic beverages and extra gratuity are not included in crew meals.
Restaurant Information:
- Smithy’s Bar on the Ground Level is open Monday to Friday for breakfast from 5:00 am to 11:00 am and lunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. During the weekend (Saturday to Sunday), Smithy’s is open for brunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- The Ascot, on Mezzanine level is currently open for a full buffet breakfast from 5:30 am to 10:00 am daily and for dinner from 5:30pm-10:00pm.
