This address can also be used for deliveries to the ship after you arrive while the ship is docked in Papenburg. Please ensure your name and department are included in the shipping details for any packages being delivered.

• Keep all of your boarding passes until you receive your luggage.
• When purchasing any items you may need before your luggage reaches you, ensure to keep each receipt for claiming back with the airline.
• After you embark, please advise the Crew Office of any lost luggage, so you can be further assisted.
