If living on site: training will start the day after you arrive.

If living off-site and taking DCL-provided transportation: reference the below pick-up and drop-off schedule. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you don’t miss your transportation. Due to other scheduled pickups, transportation cannot wait if you are late.

If living off-site and providing your own transportation: please arrive at the Security booth 30 minutes before your training start time to allow for clearance and transport on-site.

All Cast: You will start your day at 9:00 AM in the Cast Training Room at “The Beacon” – our on-site administrative headquarters

Your first days on Lookout Cay will consist of a variety of in-person and virtual trainings with your HR team and new leaders.

All new hires will be required to complete a drug test on day one.
