At some point during a candidate’s getting ready process, an initial preliminary offer may be extended to a future Crew Member. An offer will outline the assigned ship, embarkation port, and the start and end date of the contract. The first contract may or may not be the average contract length for the position in which a Crew Member is hired. This may be shorter or longer than the position norm. As a Crew Member successfully completes their first contract, the length of an anticipated return contract should be more of the norm. All contracts are truly based upon operational need and can change if needed.
