From the Tom Bradley International Terminal:
Once you have collected your luggage and exited through Customs & Immigration, look for the greeter with a “Disney Cruise Line Crew Transportation” sign. Go to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf if you do not see the driver, which is in the Arrivals Hall on Level 1, immediately outside of Customs.

For all other terminals (1-8) or domestic arrivals:
Please wait inside the arrival terminal by your baggage claim carousel until the greeter with the “Disney Cruise Line Crew Transportation” sign arrives.
